Ukrop's - Buy One Get One Free Salad Bar

If you are like me and still feel bloated from all of the food last week here is a great way to eat lighter - a coupon for buy one get one (of equal or lesser value) FREE salad bar purchase at Ukrop's.  The coupon is valid until Saturday, December 5.  You do need to have you UVC (Ukrop's Valued Customer) Card with you to redeem this coupon.  There is a limit of one coupon per visit, limit one free salad, and a $10 limit for the free salad.

Quick Ukrop's Shopping Trip - Double Coupon Wednesday

I didn't really need very much from the grocery store today, and we were trying to get out of town for Thanksgiving so I just picked up a few things that I needed to bring to my mom's house.  I will have to go back to Ukrop's on Friday because we are having the college group from our church over and I still haven't decided exactly what I am going to make for them.

*There were coupons with the Litehouse products for a free Litehouse product up to $5.00 taped to the items in the produce section.  I was so exicted when I read the fine print and it said one per purchase, not transaction and could get 3 items at one time.

**Natalie found a coupon for the Nestle Chocolate Chips on the floor in the store.  She was so excited about finding a coupon.  I knew they were on sale and told her she could go pick out what ever kind of chocolate chips she wanted.  She was so excited and amazed at the different kinds she could get, but decided on the mini chips.

Diapers.com Update

I want to give you some guidelines for Ukrop's coupon policy:

• Ukrop's will only accept 5 like coupons per transaction
• Ukrop's only doubles manufacturer coupons on Wednesdays and up to 0.99
• Ukrop's will accept internet printable coupons up to $2 they will not accept internet printables for free items this includes buy one get one free

Tonight I was able to go out and catch-up with some girls from church. While I was out Steve took our girls upstairs to get them ready for bed. He went into Natalie’s room. She has a knack for destroying it rather quickly; I call her the Tasmanian Devil. Steve said, “Natalie, your room is an utter mess.” Natalie looked up at him with her big brown eyes and said, “Dad, that is an opinion; not a fact.” He explained to her that although she is right, as her dad it was a fact.
