MARTIN’S Top Deals for the Week of July 17

Here are what I consider to be the top deals this week at MARTIN’S. I verify the coupons that I mention with what I receive in my local paper, the Richmond Times-Dispatch (RTD). Coupons are regional so you may not have the exact same coupon or the same face value. Remember what I consider to be a good deal and what you consider to be a good deal may differ. The price of meat is really going up, but I am hopeful to still hit my target of $1.99/lb or  less for boneless skinless chicken and ground beef by keeping an eye out for markdowns in addition to the sale prices this week.  If I don’t find it, that is ok.  That is why I buy extra when it is on sale at my target price and stick it in the freezer.
